Fitness Together and Baby Alexandra have teamed together to bring Sexy Stroller Moms to PGA Commons

Starting Monday, June 23, Sexy Stroller Moms Fit Camp – a workout program designed and executed by Jeremy and Alissa Nelms owners of Fitness Together – will begin meeting at PGA Commons East in the courtyard by Baby Alexandra.

Sexy Stroller Moms will meet at 9:15 a.m. three day a week – Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Sexy Stroller Moms Fit Camp is a complete weight loss program designed specifically to help new and busy moms drop the mommy belly and get back into shape, while getting to share the workout experience with their baby or toddler and other moms. Moms will feel the burn from light weight lifting to cardio aerobic exercises, all while interacting with their children and utilizing their stroller.

There are multiple packages available, or moms can choose to purchase single sessions. The class will meet three times a week – Monday, Wednesday, Friday – but moms have the flexibility to attend one workout per week or all three. Each workout will last one hour, and free water will be provided by Kilwin’s.

Registration is now open for Sexy Stroller Moms at www.sexystrollermoms.com . Also visit www.sexystrollermoms.com to find out more information about the classes or call Jeremy or Alissa at Fitness Together at 561-253-8830.

Studio E Gallery

You might have noticed the monumental sculpture of a vase of flowers on the sidewalk at PGA Commons. Those were created by artist David Langley. Langley's aluminum sculptures are designed, cut, formed, welded and painted by hand. Whether for inside or outdoors, his finishes are specially formulated to withstand Florida's harsh sun and weather conditions. The base of the larger sculptures can be mounted outside in a permanent location or they can remain as is in an indoor setting.

COMING SOON!
RosettaStone Fine Art Gallery

RosettaStone Fine Art Gallery is the brainchild of internationally known artist, JoAnne Berkow. While JoAnne has found resounding success in creating works of realism, she is also a lover of ‘all genres.’ Thus she wanted to create a new paradigm for a fine art gallery.

“Because I love so many different kinds of art but have only enough time to create my own particular style, selling the other types helps to fulfill my frustrated desire to produce them all. This is what inspired me to open RosettaStone,” said Berkow.

Berkow wants to bring not only a large variety of styles but a wide range of price points to her customers. At her gallery you can find Classical Realism to Non-Objective and everything in between at prices ranging from $1,500 to $95,000. Truly, this is “Art For Your Lifestyle.”
